Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days across South Africa.

• Major Cities: Usually 2–3 days.

• Outlying Areas: May take up to 5 days depending on location.

Note: Delivery times start once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• You’ll receive an email and tracking number once your parcel has been handed over to Fastway.

Delivery Costs

• Free delivery on all orders over R999.

• For orders below R999, a small flat-rate fee will apply at checkout.

• No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link from Fastway so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at your address, Fastway will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
